Buffalo Murder Mystery

A Prohibition Murder Mystery Dinner To Die For!

The year is 1927 and alcohol is flowing across the Niagara River to satisfy Buffalo’s insatiable thirst for bootlegged booze and brews.  Based on real-life characters that lived and schemed in Buffalo during prohibition, this interactive performance includes a magnificent dinner and your first drink–served at Lakeward Spirits at the Barrel Factory in the city’s historic Old First Ward.  If you have enjoyed our murder mysteries at RiverWorks, on the Spring Lake Winery Train, Canalside, the Hotel Lafayette or aboard the big red double decker bus–then you’ll love this performance that is written and staged by the same people.

Lakeward Spirits at the Barrel Factory is a beautifully restored 1903 industrial building that included the city’s largest distillery, a winery, a new craft brewery and off street parking.

  • Buffet dinner, your first drink and dessert included (menu below)

  • Fully interactive live action murder mystery staged at the newly restored 1903 Barrel Factory

  • You question the suspects, gather clues and solve the crime

  • Four shows only (every Friday in April)!  Typically our shows sell out, so reserve ASAP for best selection
